In addition to my role at the accelerator, I serve as a Program Manager at IBM. My passion extends to being an enthusiastic lecturer in Project Management and Finance, with 7 years of teaching experience at three German universities. I am also a seasoned practitioner in leading projects, product development, and business process improvements.
With a strong belief in the values of the Agile Manifesto, Lean principles, and PMI knowledge areas, I bring a comprehensive approach to managing projects.
